Every wardrobe needs a great leather belt. Worn with denim, tailored trousers, a blazer or over a coat, the right belt adds structure and to pull an outfit together.
Our AGNES Leather Belt was designed as an everyday piece with this in mind. Crafted from 100% Australian Bovine Leather, it features a considered 3 cm width, an oval silver buckle, and subtle SIÉ STUDIO embossing on the reserve. AGNE is designed to sit comfortably the the high waist, or lower on the hips by sizing up.

How should a leather belt fit?
The right belt should feel secure without feeling restrictive. You should be able to fasten it comfortably, with enough room to adjust it depending on what you are wearing.
AGNES is designed to be worn at the high waist, if you prefer to wear your belt at a low waist, we recommend sizing up. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for greater versatility.
You can always take your belt to cobbler and get some extra holes put in.
How to measure for a leather belt
The easiest way to find your best fit is to use a soft measuring tape. Wrap the tape around the area where you intend to wear your belt. Keep the tape comfortably snug rather than pulling it tightly.
Another option is to measure a belt you already own and like the fit of. Fasten the belt at the hole you use
most often and measure from the point where the buckle meets the belt to that hole. When choosing a new belt, it is worth considering how you intend to wear it.

AGNES is 3 cm wide and features seven holes, spaced 4 cm apart. The middle hole measurement is the measurement from the buckle to the middle adjustment hole.

What makes a good leather belt?
Always look for genuine leather, considered proportions and hardware that feels intentional. Details such as clean edge finishing, top stitching, and well-made buckle can make a significant difference to how your belt looks and wears over time.
AGNES is crafted from 100% Australian Bovine Leather, with edge painting and top stitching throughout. The 3 cm width was chosen to create a proportion that feel refined while still giving the belt enough presence to define the waist. The oval buckle is deliberately simple, and on the reverse, is embossed with the SIÉ STUDIO logo, a premium, yet subtle detail.

Caring for your belt
A high-quality leather belt mould to your body over time and develop a beautiful, unique patina.
To properly care for your leather belt, avoid contact with oils, perfumes, and make up, keep it away from excessive heat, humidity and chemicals. For everyday cleaning, gently wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth. When not in use, store AGNES in its dust bag and avoid plastic coverings. Leather is a natural material and needs to breathe.
