RETURNS
SIÉ STUDIO pieces are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Full-price items can be returned for a refund, credit note, or exchange. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached and packaging intact, including our signature SIÉ STUDIO dust bag.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please email hello@siestudio.com.au with your order number and let us know which item(s) you will be returning.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For international returns, please clearly mark your parcel and commercial invoice as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs.
Once we receive your return, it will be assessed to ensure it meets our return criteria. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Please allow up to five business days for your refund to appear in your account.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Please note that faults caused by wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for return. Tarnishing over time is not considered a fault.
