We work exclusively with premium Australian leathers, thoughtfully crafted into timeless accessories by skilled artisans in India.
2. What kind of hardware do you use on your products?
Our belts and accessories feature high-quality plated hardware, selected for durability and a refined finish that complements the leather.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. How do I care for my leather goods?
To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid exposure to water, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper care, professional leather conditioners are recommended.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia and typically take 2–7 business days.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, SIÉ STUDIO only ships within Australia. While we are focusing on our local community for this initial phase, we hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. What is your returns policy?
Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible for return. For details and to initiate a return, please visit our returns page.

Yes, creating an account allows you to save your details, manage your wishlist, and view your order history.
2. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, our gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be redeemed online.

Yes, please view our size guides for our belts here. All envelope pouches are designed to fit up to a 14" laptop.
