4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and other secure third-party payment providers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery times and fees may vary based on your location and shipping method. 6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for full-price items. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging, including our dust bag. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 7. Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@siestudio.com.au with your order number and photos.

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear (including tarnishing) will not be deemed faulty or eligible for return.

8. Gift Cards

SIÉ STUDIO gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Gift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

9. User Accounts

Customers may register for a user account to save wishlists, store delivery details, and track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service at our discretion.
