SIÉ STUDIO currently offers shipping Australia wide. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Melbourne.

SHIPPING RATES

• Standard Flat Rate $15: Applies to all belts, accessories, and small handbags (including AGNES, PALOMA, LOLITA AND CLEO).  

• Large Items & Multi-item Orders: For MATEO or orders exceeding 1kg, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your specific location. For these larger parcels, rates typically range between $25–$35 within Australia. 

 

SHIPPING RATES

• Metropolitan: 2–5 business days via Australia Post.

• Regional: 3–7 business days via Australia Post.

PROCESSING TIMES

SIÉ STUDIO ships from Melbourne, Australia. Orders will be dispatched within 1--3 business days from when you order. If you place your order over a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed and sent out the following business day.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our team straight away on hello@siestudio.com.au.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed, however, we will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet left the studio.
